1
1:1 Mindset Coaching
These one-on-one sessions provide ongoing mental performance support for athletes who want to grow consistently, not just fix a problem and move on.
Each session is centered on what is currently holding the athlete back; mentally, emotionally, or in performance. Common focus areas include pressure, confidence, motivation, discipline, focus, and performance anxiety. Together, we work to understand the root of these challenges and develop effective strategies to move forward.
Sessions are structured but highly conversation-led, allowing space for honesty, reflection, and real connection. Athletes set clear goals and follow a personalized plan designed to support long-term mindset development throughout the season and beyond.
This work emphasizes mental toughness, emotional regulation, focus, and practical tools athletes can apply immediately in training and competition.
Athletes leave each session with clear takeaways, tailored weekly homework, and tools to support progress between sessions. Over time, this mentorship helps athletes build consistency, confidence, and resilience under pressure.
2
Small Group Sessions
These small group sessions are designed for teammates, training partners, or small groups of athletes who want to grow together. Groups typically include 3–5 athletes (high school age and older) and can be organized by athletes, coaches, clubs, or parents.
The focus is on strengthening communication, trust, accountability, and emotional control in group settings. Athletes learn how to handle pressure together, navigate healthy conflict, and understand how their behavior, energy, and mindset impact the group dynamic.
As a culture builder and mentor, I guide athletes through real conversations and situations that often go unaddressed within teams. Sessions are structured yet conversation-led, allowing space for honesty, reflection, and growth while keeping the group focused and productive.
Small group sessions can be ongoing (weekly or bi-weekly) or offered as a short series, depending on the group’s needs. The goal is to help athletes build stronger connections, lead with awareness, and develop habits that positively impact both performance and team culture.
3
Team Workshops
Team Workshops are immersive, collaborative experiences designed to strengthen team culture from the inside out. These sessions go beyond motivation — they focus on building trust, communication, accountability, and shared identity within a team.
Through guided conversations, interactive exercises, and practical mental performance tools, athletes learn how to handle pressure together, support one another, and show up with purpose in training and competition. Workshops are tailored to the team’s current season, challenges, and goals, and may focus on topics such as leadership, confidence, emotional regulation, team standards, and process-over-results thinking.
These workshops are ideal for teams looking to develop stronger connections, sustainable habits, and a culture that lasts beyond one season.

Guest Speaking
Guest Speaking sessions are powerful, story-driven talks rooted in real athletic experience and honest conversation. These talks are designed to meet athletes where they are — mentally, emotionally, and competitively — and give them perspective they can carry forward.
Drawing from my journey as a former Division I and professional athlete, coach, and sport psychology mentor, I speak openly about pressure, identity, setbacks, confidence, discipline, and what sport teaches us about life beyond the game. Talks are customized to the needs of the program and can range from pre-season inspiration to mid-season resets or post-season reflection.
These sessions are best for programs seeking clarity, motivation, and a meaningful message that resonates long after the talk ends.
